This project explored the fundamentals of site planning through the design of a museum campus. The program included a museum building, gallery space, and an outdoor sculpture garden. Using the provided building footprints, the task was to position the structures within the site and develop a coherent landscape framework that supports circulation, spatial hierarchy, and outdoor experience.
The design organizes the museum and gallery around a central plaza that acts as the main public space. Pedestrian circulation connects the buildings through a sequence of paths and garden rooms, allowing visitors to experience art both indoors and within the landscape.
The project included the development of a site layout, hardscape design, and planting plan, focusing on spatial organization, visitor movement, and the integration of landscape elements with architectural form.
